  1. If the 'medical student' is replaced by 'intern/houseman', the patient can't even ask 'will that...'.
    At least interns don't need to learn the art of subtle deceit and even if you learn it, and other things as a medical student, you must (with no exceptions) forget those as an intern. If not, then at least when you become a house man. No niceness/goodness is allowed.
